Who am I?

I’m a former Indian athlete turned strength and conditioning coach, driven by a belief that every athlete deserves a real and fair opportunity to reach their true potential—regardless of background, resources, or access.

In India, countless athletic dreams end prematurely—not because of a lack of talent or effort, but because athletes never receive the right mentorship, coaching, or guidance to train the right way. I experienced this firsthand. As a basketball athlete, I pushed myself every day and gave everything I had to the sport. Still, I fell short of what I was capable of. Looking back, I understand why—I never had the mentorship, structure, or long-term plan needed to truly develop.

That realization changed everything for me. Instead of walking away from sport, I chose to stay and give back. My purpose became clear: to give athletes what I never had—honest mentorship, clear direction, and training that truly prepares them for high-level sport.

I chose strength and conditioning to protect potential, support dreams, and help Indian athletes across all sports get a real chance to succeed.

5+ years of experience working with elite athletes across NCAA Division 1, Indonesia Professional Basketball League (including former NBA athletes), and at the FIBA level.
