Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from GARVFIT ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE LLP ("we", "us", "our"), including digital products and coaching services (remote and in-person). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to training programs, e-books, videos, courses, and downloadable content), all sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions, if any, will be clearly stated on the relevant product page and will be at our sole discretion.


2. Remote / Online Coaching Services

a. Cancellations by the Client

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a missed session and may not be refunded or rescheduled.

b. Missed Sessions

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

c. Coaching Packages

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once commenced.
  • Unused sessions within a package must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

3. In-Person Coaching Services

a. Cancellations by the Client

  • In-person sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

b. Safety and Facility Closures

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to facility issues, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
  • In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled or credited where possible.

4. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

  • Coach illness or unavailability
  • Technical issues (for remote sessions)
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel a session, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled session, or
  • A credit toward a future session

5. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • You may cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.
